How Dispatch uses information
Dispatch uses information to create and secure accounts; show relevant organizations, teams, events, roles, tasks, invitations, reminders, and chats; send notifications and email; store user-selected attachments; coordinate staffing; provide support; prevent misuse; and comply with legal or platform requirements.
Dispatch does not sell personal information and does not use it for third-party advertising, targeted advertising, or cross-app tracking.
How information is shared
Other Dispatch users can see information needed for their role. Managers can see operational details needed to coordinate their organization and workers can see the event, role, team, task, invitation, manager, and chat information relevant to their participation.
Dispatch uses service providers that operate the app, including Google Firebase, Google Sign-In, Google Maps Platform or Places, Apple Sign-In, Apple Push Notification service, Expo, Firebase Cloud Messaging, and email-delivery infrastructure.
Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect users or the public, to investigate fraud or abuse, or as part of a financing, merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Retention and deletion
Dispatch keeps account and operational information for as long as needed to provide the app, support active teams, maintain manager-requested records, resolve disputes, secure the service, and meet legal obligations.
You can delete your account from Profile in the app. You may also request access, correction, export, or deletion by contacting Dispatch. Some information may be retained when required for security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, backups, or records another organization member is permitted to retain.
Your choices
You can update profile information in the app, control notification, camera, photo-library, and calendar permissions in device settings, choose the content you submit, and request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information.
Security, children, and international processing
Dispatch uses authenticated sessions, Firebase access controls, and platform security features to help protect information. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password, keep your device secure, and report suspected unauthorized access.
Dispatch is intended for event-team coordination and is not directed to children under 13. If Dispatch learns that it collected a child’s personal information without appropriate consent, it will take reasonable steps to delete it.
Dispatch and its service providers may process and store information in Canada, the United States, and other countries where they operate. Privacy laws may differ from those in your location.
Changes to this policy
Dispatch may update this policy as the app, service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date will be updated and material changes will be communicated through the app, website, or another reasonable notice.
